After all these years there are big changes. Microsoft has retired the site and the CustomerSource content has moved to the Microsoft Docs platform. Relevant, up-to-date content, and product downloads have been added to docs.microsoft.com and are organized by product line.
Users can view Microsoft Dynamics solutions landing pages to reach their customer account and other customer resources.

There will be no changes to:
– Creating cases for technical support through Services Hub.
– Features and functionality within Customer Business Center.
